Setup Gone!

I added some addons and removed some componets, when it was all done my setup files and autorun where gone from the folder. Does anyone know what the problems is?

Recently had the same problem myself,,i put it dovn to using the latest release of NLITE,have not had time to retest yet on an earlier version so cant be 100% sure. If you copy the missing files from an earlier source CD everything should be fine.

So far it only happens when you remove things.
