Office 2000 Calendar question

I'm hoping that someone might have an idea on how to do this.

I'm trying to change the memo format that is attached to the appointment on the Calendar of Outlook 2000. I can't figure out how to modify the default memo format so that the info I need is appearing in the correct order.

Any suggestions would be great.
