Help MUI

I been looking around if it was possible to download MUI for MCE

As far i as gather MCE = XP PRO + more stuff

So i thought it was possible to get MUI

I brought a dell, got there OEM CD [i read the FAQ stating im able to obtain MUI]

Now im stuck if MUI [Chinese] will work for MCE

and how would i obtain MUIinstall, Since i qualify(i think) who do i call?
