When i logon and go to "event viewe" i have a service control manager" and say that he fail's to load the controlers in the start or in the system: tvtool

I'm running windows 2000... My TV card is Thyppon TvView... and my video card is a Riva TNT2 from nvidia...

What is the whole system message from the event viewer?

Well... I can write the message... But it's in portuguese and my english is not so good (i don't have english class about 3 / 4 years) But like i said...

fail's to load the controlers in the start or in the system: tvtool

what event id and such? .. doubt that it will give any info, but check on www.eventid.net
