I have install WinXP S2 with RVM Upadates 2.1.3 on Virtual Machine and patched it with Vista transformation pack 5.5. Grab some files like shell32.dll, explorer.exe few cpl files etc. cabbed them and replaced with My XPCD source. Installed XP again. Everything is fine except the welcome screen i attached here

I got this welcome screen with VTP 5.5 patch. But I dont which file or files i have copy and replace to get this login screen back. Hope you got my point and forgive poor english :}
