HELP slow network - I need it to be faster like 2k3

Hello, does anyone know how I can increase the speed in the Network Places in Windows XP like in Windows Server 2003.

The time it takes to find new computers in the network (shared folders) and also the time to open that shared folder on the other computer.

Help would be a lot appreciate.

This is the most common solution for the problem known as "Slow Browse". Place this in a a REG file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
