Some problem about window xp speech engine.

When i install IBM translation software in my computer, the systme show me "Microsoft speech API 4.0 Command line option syntax error " But I install it on windows server 2003 is ok. I guess the problem with the microsoft speech engine 4.0. So how do i update speech engine to a high version or someone give me a suggestion.Thx
