Device drivers inside Sysprep folder?

I like to have the driver sets for my different laptops located in folders under the Sysprep folder so that they are deleted after setup has completed. Does anyone know of any issues with this? This method is documented in the MS sysprep help file and it seems to work perfectly on Dell Latitude laptops with the exception of the video drivers (Intel). If my OemPnPDriversPath references a path outside the sysprep folder and the video drivers are in that location then the video drivers load properly and you do not get the new hardware found after setup has finished. Since it works I'll do it that way but I'd like to know why I can't have my cake and eat it too and why it only happens for the video drivers across all my laptop models and not all the other drivers such as modem, lan, audio, etc. I can't seem to locate anything on this annoyance. Any ideas?
