imagex error after applying Vista image

Wondering if anyone ran into imagex problems when trying to /apply the Vista WIM back to C: after a format. I've been hitting Error 1450 (mem issue?) as it almost finishes w/applying the wim back. Its been getting really frustrating, any help will be appreciated.
