Word crashes at launch - but only for 1 user

My MS Word 2000 crashes at launch for me, but if I logon as another user on same XP Pro machine, it works fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that doesn't solve the problem. I checked and eliminated spyware, but no good. I'm not sure what to try next, and would truly appreciate any ideas. I do not remember installing any new software recently, so have no idea what started this problem. Short of a total reformat and reinstall of XP and all software, I don't know what I can try next.

What error are you getting?

Check http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=84496 you might be seeing the same issue I am?
