Help with tables please

I'm using a business card template of 10 cards, going landscape style. The back of this business card is a coupon, so I added a dashed line around each of the cards. On the print preview everything shows up fine, the dashed line, the text and the image.. in both the left and right columns. However, when printed, only the text and the image show up on the left hand side. If I save the file as a PDF, it shows up exactly how it's printing (without the dashed line on the left hand side).

Can anyone help me please?
