Intenet Explorer and Home Page address bar

I have recently been experiencing this problem with Internet Explorer (6.0.3970.0), that the address bar for "Home Page" under Internet Properties is disabled (can not be changed)

The SAME thing happens to me too. It also happens in Windows XP. I got the problem when I used nLite and it occured when I had to select which home page to choose from. I have no idea how to fix it.

Please help also.
