Hivesft.inf crrupted

nLite: 1.2 beta

OS: Windows 2000 Pro

Build: 1

Slipstreaming:

- SP4

- SP4 Roll out pack 1

After the windows setup finishes copying files and during its check on the file integrity it comes up with an error:

"Line 2964 of hivesft.inf is corrupted. Setup cannot continue."

I checked Link 2964 of the hivesft.inf file and it dose not look corrupted in any way:

LINE 2964: HKLM,"SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{8516B778-1FA1-4132-B120-D34CE2C05BB9}\Control","",0x00000000,

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

Found the problem it was with the roll out pack. It was corrupting the hivesft.inf file
