Hi there. This is my first time posting to a forum, so I hope to avoid any faux pas.

As part of a new business, my colleagues and I are licensing a customized database for patient records and office management. The front end is Access with a SQL backend.

What is the best way to legally purchase Access by itself (we have the rest of Office 2003) for six individuals? Do we need to buy six separate copies? Do we purchase one copy and then 5 additional licenses? We do have academic affiliations, but do not work directly at a university. Any ideas where to look?
