Whats the deal with hofix KB913433?

Most other hotfixes call themselves an update package or hotfix package or security update, but this one calls itself a W32 self extracting cabinet. Ok, fine, so I use 7zip and it unzips and gives me five files, I try to add those to WinFuture (did not go back to Nlite) and it complaines about the two .exe's, but appearently was willing to take the .inf, .cat and .install_fp6_wu.exe, but balked on the geninst.exe and genuinst.exe. Any thoughts as to what is going on here?

It's a type 2 hotfix so I don't know if it will integrate in nlite. Try integrating the original exe in nlite or the method in the link above.

(isn't this a patch for flashplayer, not for windows itself)
