How to Override Admin Install Point

The version of Outlook 2003 we use in our office of four PC's is not allowing updating because it is set (for some reason) to only allow updates via an Administrative Installation Point. We do not need or desire to use this feature. How can I override / get rid of this requirement so we can update Office / Outlook as conventional stand-alone PC's?
