driver install with autoit under user account with admin power

I work in a large firm with many computers distrubuted over the country.On most computer i could get in remote and install the driver and other things .The problem is when i cannot enter remote but the network is working very well could i make with autoit a driver install and install to be made from the user account and started as administrator.Somehow the password to be included in autoit driver.Somebody did this?
