Office 2003 sp2 updates

Good afternoon

I am trying to update my admin point to office 2003 sp2 using the following command line.

Msiexec /a \\"network path to pro11.msi" /p C:\off2003sp2\mainsp2ff.msp SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE

Everything seems to work fine until i am prompted for a valid user key. Since I am not using an MSt files in this command line I do not know where I can place my valid product key.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
