Need help for my first multiboot cd

I want to make one multiboot cd with

Da#nSmall Linux 3.01 (51MB)

Puppy Linux 2.10 (66)

And two diferents WindowsXPE iso files. (584MB)

I would like to make it with cdshell.ini but I don't know too much about inside structure

Can anybody help me to make this cd?
