Start Menu Registry Tweak gone bad :(

Somehow..I imagine it was with one of the registry tweaks I've found here...I've lost the ability to put what I want in the xp start menu.

I can either leave it blank, or allow XP to put most recently used programs in there...but I can't put my own in there any more...

Does anyone have any idea which registry tweak might have done this? Or does anyone know how I can get this important functionality back?
