hovelsj Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 We have a strange problem:If a user who is not member of "Domain Users" tries to print the font "Times New Roman" disappears. Other fonts appears fine. The printer is a part of the domain. The user is member of a global group we have created and is not member of any other group. The created group is not member of any other group either.Using printer Xerox Phaser 5400 with the lates PS driver.Have tried with a PCL driver with same kind of problem.Have anyone experienced anything like this before?
allen2 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Perhaps, it's a rights problem on the printer. Did you tried to add the "domain users" rights to "everyone" in the security tab of the printer?
