create date, file path/name in normal.dot

I tag my documents with create date, file path/name so I put them in normal.dot header.

While in others template they update to the new document date/file, in normal.dot they don't.

I even tried a AutoNew() macro, but it works only on new documents I open, not on the first one opened at Word start.
