Converting to NTFS partition

What command or commands do I need to set up an automatic NTFS partition? I put in:

FileSystem=ConvertNTFS and Repartition=Yes in the Unattended section. After I burn the disc and run it I get prompted to format the partition to NTFS then after that is finished a checkdisk screen comes up and converts the hard drive again to NTFS. Does that make sense? Probably not. I added my configuration file as an attachment.

Is this a nlite confige file? if so youd be better posting in the nlite part of the forum.
