delaying the Novell login on windows xp

Hi,

we have a problem here with xp. We use a novell client on our xp desktops and have

keyboards with smartcard readers. We need this for security reasons.

The problem ist that the driver for the smartcard reader in the keyboard loads really slow,

so that sometime you can alread log on, but will get an errormessage thet the service is not

loaded.

Is the a way to delay the novell login, so that the driver can load first?

By delaying I mean is it possible to lock the ctrl-alt-del kexcombination until

everything is loaded?
