Windows 2000 : RasDial failed at second call

For Windows 2000, when doing second RasDial call, I get an error

code 668 (ERROR_NO_CONNECTION).

If I quit the application, then launch it again, the first call

success again, and the second fail.

So the error occurs only for calls made during a same application

execution.

Please let me know if you have any idea..
