Location Information

I just installed my Outlook 2003. I am adding in contacts and when I go to type in the contacts ph #'s I get a pop up that is titled "Location Information". It is asking for county of origin and area code and such. I cant enter anything on this pop up and I cant close it either. I have to manually close down the outlook program to get rid of it. Then reopen outlook. I can enter email addresses just no phone numbers?? Anyone have any ideas as to how to shut this off or get around it?
