im looking for e program that deteckt changes en can report them like i have windows instal then i configer it like i want en the program deteckt every thing en i can make file out of it most programs can only find reg changes but i want file changes en reg changes i dont care if make e backup off the drive if just do wat i want it pls help

It discusses the various tools out there that will capture both registry and file changes. My personal favorite is RegShot as it's easy to use and will capture both registry and file changes.
