Convert to Unicode...

I have a MS Word which uses Russian font (TimeET).

Now, my boss wants my document in Unicode font. But my

document is too long, 1000 page, I don't have enough

time to retype. And I can't find any soft can convert

Russian font to Unicode font.

Can you help me...
