Outlook 2003 Internet Mail Problem

Hello, I've been having a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2003 regarding the synchronizing of mail accounts. When I go to send and receive mail, I get the message "Error (0x80040154) Internet Mail is registered properly. Please re-install and try again." I read that this has something to do with the outlmime.dll file in the office directory. I tried registering this file using regsvr32.exe but when I try that, I get the message "...outlmime.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file cannot be registered." I have already tried reinstalling office. Can someone help me out please?

Have you tried registering inetcomm.dll? I think that is the dll associated with Internet mail.
