bigred Posted August 20, 2003 Share Posted August 20, 2003 Well this stupid Windows XP Tour bubble keeps popping up on me....I had the standard tweak to disable it, but it's not working.Anyone got any ideas on this? Or is anyone encountering the same thing as me? Or am I just a moron?
