megatronics Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Hello,I have tested with my own SMTP server, so I could use my own SMTP server from all over the world. I have set the Basic Authentication on, but strangly every user could log in on it and send mail, but the Administrator can't. It has nothing to do with the password, because an user with the same password works. Is this by design that an Administrator can't use the SMTP this way and is it possibly to limit the use of the SMTP server for only one specific user?Gerald
