Intel sata raid, trial and errors....

Ok, so a month ago I used nlite to make a semi unattended XP installation disk, with included raid drivers for my setup. And after about 5 unsuccesful driver integreations, I finally got it right..

My problem is that now I want to install a second os (XP in my own language instead of english), and I just can't get it right!!!

after putting all the drivers from the F6flpy32.exe (intel raid drivers for 7 different chipsets or so) it doesn't load the prper driver, and can't find the hard drives...

I've integreted single drivers, with the same result.

Now I've done some digging and learnt that I have the Intel 82801ER I/O Controller (ICH5R), so is that the only driver I should integrate to get it to work ?

PS. f*** why didn't I just write down what I did the last time...... :blushing:

update.

I made a xp cd with nlite, containing only the ich5r driver (and updates, tweaks and so)

and now it works.

I guess when I think about it, it's pretty obvious, allthough Intel could make it clear that the never drivers only supports new chipsets...

scratch that.... after the installation reboot, I get bluescreen - fatal errors (c000021a)

- during the installation there's a read error on the "temp.ima" file, wich might be what's causing the problems...

So something is still wrong.... Any help to resolving this would be much appreciated..!
