Hello all,

I work in a large organization and I constantly have to reload computers. I've seen an XP Pro CD where after the OS installs, you are presented with an Options menu at the end and you can select which programs / tweaks / codecs you want to install - No Drivers, just the OS and Programs.

If I can create something like that, I would be set. At the company I work for some people need certain programs and others don't. Managers need the professional version of Office and others only require the standard.

Can anyone point me to some documentation or something that I can read and complete?
