I ran a Search within MSFN Forums > ... > Microsoft Outlook for "comma" and the resulting hits do not look pertinent...

How can I force Outlook 2003 to allow the comma character in someone's email address and to stop prompting us with the "Check Names" window?

I am aware that Outlook 2003 is trying to help by allowing users to use commas as an address seperator and whatnot but I am trying to send a fax through Outlook and our fax system requires employee validation codes to send long-distance faxes for billing purposes. Modifying the validation code/billing system is not an option. Enabling/Disabling "Allow commas as an address seperator" does not help.
