[Question] Add open with to a folder

Ok with VLC if you put the folder path of a folder with the VOB's in the "open disk" path it will play like a standard DVD player (or if you just drop that folder onto VLC) but I want to add a "open with"-->vlc to a folder. Double click needs to still work as normal, but I want an open with option. Doing a cmd vlc.exe path to folder (not file specifically) works too. So an open with should be possible. Anybody?

PS...I used to just open each VOB individually. That worked but kinda sucked.
