Trix Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 please does anybody know how to encode the serial into office 2000 so u dont have to enter it manually? like winbeta did on there 2003 beta release does anybody have any ideas? please becose i relly need the answer foir tomorrow! thnx !
Aaron Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 Run setup.exe with the /a switch to create an installation point with an embedded serial and name/organisation. At that point, you can burn this installation point to CD or slipstream further service packs to it.

If so, give a time gap between the 'extraction' and 'starting the installation' in your batch, because there may be some delays in the extraction.Another reason might be that you have specified a bad path in the SFX in extract to
