please does anybody know how to encode the serial into office 2000 so u dont have to enter it manually? like winbeta did on there 2003 beta release does anybody have any ideas? please becose i relly need the answer foir tomorrow! thnx !

Run setup.exe with the /a switch to create an installation point with an embedded serial and name/organisation. At that point, you can burn this installation point to CD or slipstream further service packs to it.

:) cool thnx i dunno how i could hav missed that in the guide but do u know were i could get Office 2000 resource kit? sorry but ur gonna have to spoon feed me on that ! other wise im sorta set on how to make my cd after this ill be testing it

THNX FOR ALL UR HELP COZ IM DEVELPOIN IT FOR MY MATE COZ HE REINSTALLS ALOT AND ALL I NEED IN IT IS THE XP, OFFICE 2000, WINRAR, RPC PATCH (W32.BLASTER) AND I MITE ADD ADOBE ACROAT READER 6 IF IT WORKS COZ IM CURRENTLY TESTING IT IN VMWARE

ok thnx i will do that next time any way my next concern is that when i try to install nav after it has extracted the files it comes up with a error that it cannot run the file because it cannt be found im gonna work on this if i cnt seem t get it working or another problem comes up ill ask :)

Are you using a compressed SFX archive to extract during the batch? If so, give a time gap between the 'extraction' and 'starting the installation' in your batch, because there may be some delays in the extraction.
