Hi you dont need the "SysInternals PsShutdown Utility" and "SysInternals PSKill Utility"....

For an Shutdown you can use shutdown:

"shutdown -r -f -t 60" make a restart;kill all progs;restarting the pc in 1 minute

To kill a task you can use taskkill:

"taskkill /F /IM notepad.exe" kill the prog;after /IM write the exe name

to kill more task's:

"taskkill /F /IM notepad.exe /IM wordpad.exe"
