How can I create Group Policies in windows 2003 server?

What is the basic settings?

What are the imp steps to take?

What are the policies going to be used for?

exe... Active directory or local.

local policy = start..run..gpedit.msc "don't forget to download the latest managment pack from MS"

Active directory = mmc and add the group policy management snap.

Policies are vast! Many options for many different situations. I will need more info to help ya.
