[Error] - dbgeng.dll

I keep getting this message every time i try to un-install an application [ drwtsn.exe - unable to locate component, this application failed to start because dbgeng.dll was not found re-installing application may fix this problem]. Would any one know how i fix this ? , I have downloaded a replacement dbgeng.dll file but dont know were it should be placed.

Put this file in system32 directory.

if you still get the error message after you put it in system32 folder goto run and type "regsvr32 /s dbgeng.dll"
