Split (clone) microphone?

Hello to all.

I vant to use my microphone on multiple programs(Yahoo, MSN, Skipe) at the same time, but dont work on win 2k.

You guys know a program that can split (clone) microphone?

i don't believe there is a way to do this with 2000, fucntionality isn't there.
