I'm trying to push a GPO setting for IE to set a site in the intranet zone on 2 Win 2003 servers. If I change something else (like disabling the content tab) it works, but nothing works under the security tab at all for 1 of the 2 servers.

Changing the intranet site entry works for an admin user and regular user on 1 server, but works for just the admin user on the other server. I have checked all user rights on the machine and compared all machine user rights side by side, but the problem persists.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I think the problem mentioned first (with some changes working and others not working) is the real issue, but any info would be helpful.

Thanks!

If both TS are in the same domain, it could be a gpo conflict. Did you apply the gpo to an OU in AD ?

If so, are both of the TS in the OU ?

I'm sure you did a gpupdate, but if you didn't, do it. Also check application eventlog to see if there are GPO application errors.
