Error code 14

Hello.

Im trying to preinstall a machine with via s-ata controller on it. I have added the drivers in $oem$\textmode folder WinPE finishes so i got it working there. However when the windows installer starts i get "Could not read the file \$win_nt$.~bt\$oem$\raid\winxp\viamraid.sys Error code: 14". If i check the textmode directory the viamraid.sys file is there in \raid\winxp\ folder. Got any ideas about what im doing wrong?

I solved it by deleting the subdirectorys on the server and deleting the subdirectorys in the txtsetup.oem.
