Need help with Windows logon layout

Hey

I am trying to create a custom layout for the windows logon (welcome screen). The layout is not that dissimilar from the original layout except that I want the top and bottom panels to have variable heights (depending on screen size) and have the center panel set at 400px/rp.

This is the design I am try to achieve here.

Does anyone know if its possible for the top and bottom elements in a borderlayout to take up the leftover height on the screen?

Never mind. I worked out what the problem was. ResBuilder corrupts the logonui at random which was making me think it was something I had done in the UIfile. Switched back to using ResHack and it worked a treat.
