Microsoft Access

I need to upload pictures into my forms and want to use my tables to do so. But when I upload a picture into the table, it keeps uploading as a "package" instead of a "bitmap pbject" like it should. On a co-workers computer they will upload properly into the table (and thus into the form) as bitmap objects but when I use my computer they will upload as "packages" and therefore show up in the forms as small icons rather than full size pictures.

Everything is the same between my computer and hers - I'm even accessing the same files because they are on a server. Anyone have a clue or am I not making any sense?
