Newbie needs help uninstalling windows revolution

cant see my contents in control panel,cant shut down,cant search,cant find the program on the comp.....please help me I just want rid of it!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The name C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\InstallationPrograms\RPLite5.exe specified in the Target box is not valid
