vista problems

I recently installed Vista on my main pc and it installed without a problem. Well, except for I had to go back to onboard sound and ditch my SB live card. It was working well until I found my Toshiba E740 pda wouldn't sync with Vista. The other problem was the ati graphics driver does not have open gl support so my favourite game, Day of defeat, doesn't work properly. Does anyone have any ideas?
