Advanced INF Install Error

I have a problem:

During windows installation (on the Components Registration on the step before the last step) I have this message error:

Advanced Inf Install:

INF installation error: Uncorrect parameter

Does anybody know why and how to fix it?

Please I need it

PS: there are many hotfix integrated in the XPSP2 installation files (with nlite)

May it be correlated with drivers integration? Thanx
