I usually skip these introductory threads, but I suppose it's time I learned some manners (and got a hold of posting on this board), so:

I'm Sarcasmatron, hail from Finland and I'm studying computer geeketry at a lower university level.

I run and maintain (as a hobby):

Windows XP 64-bit on AMD athlon 64 3500+ , 1Gb RAM, 250Gb Sata Hdd, nforce410 chipset

Windows server 2003 on hardware so old it should be dead (go w2k server, go!) as a fileserver and an AD server (you gotta learn somewhere)

these are connected via LAN onto which my flatmate has (his win XP) also connected to.

And I joined here so I can ask silly questions from more seasoned veterans, and maybe provide answers to some things I know myself... anyways, onto posting silly questions.
