onesolo
Hello,I have win2k server and I made an unattended cd. Every think worked well but when I boot the cd, on the menu of the installation, it doesn't show up the repair option. But if I put the original cd (with sp1) it shows me the 3 options, set up a new windows 2000, repair windows 2000 installation and quit.Did I forgot/mistaken any command on the winnt.sif ??? Or there's no way to repair with an unattended cd (this just don't make sense) ???Here's the most important lines from my winnt.sif:[Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes"[Unattended] UnattendMode=ProvideDefault OemPreinstall=Yes OemSkipEula=Yes TargetPath=\WINNT UnattendSwitch=yes Repartition=No WaitForReboot=No OemPnPDriversPath="Drivers\broadcomm_2k;drivers\hp2100_lj519en;drivers\intelgraphic;drivers\nvidia_44.03;drivers\rtl8139;drivers\Win2000_378raid;drivers\Win2000_378raid" DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore[GuiUnattended] AdminPassword=* OEMSkipRegional=1 OemSkipWelcome=1Please help me.....I know that this forum is for xp but try to help, cause the commands are in majority of the cases the same. gtaa12
It's an Unattended install, by definition its not supposed to do anything but install. Your best bet is just to keep the original one handy mate.UnattendedInstall="Yes""UnattendedInstallInforms the Windows Setup Loader that an unattended Setup is running directly from the Windows product CD."If i'm wrong please tell me.
